Founded in 1972, the Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse Preservation Association is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation dedicated to the ongoing preservation and interpretation of the Ponce Inlet Light Station. The Association currently receives zero tax-funded support at either the federal, state, or local levels to help finance its ongoing efforts to preserve this important National Historic Landmark for this and future generations to enjoy.
As one of the few self-sufficient historic preservation organizations in the country, the Association derives 100% of its funding exclusively in-house through private donations, admission and merchandise sales, and annual membership dues. As such, the Association relies heavily on the generosity of donors like you to continue its ongoing mission to preserve and disseminate the maritime and social history of the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse.
1. Donate to the General Fund
Help fund the Association’s current lighthouse preservation and educational efforts by donating to the Lighthouse General Fund.
2. Contribute to the Lighthouse Endowment Fund
Help ensure the long-term financial stability of the Preservation Association by contributing to the Lighthouse Endowment Fund.
3. Purchase a Memorial Brick
Help us maintain the historic Ponce de Leon Inlet Light Station by participating in the Memorial Brick Program.
4. Become a Member
Join us in our ongoing efforts to preserve and interpret the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse by becoming an annual member of the Preservation Association.
5. Volunteer
Come join the team! Volunteers are one of the Preservation Association’s most valuable assets. Help us continue our important work as a volunteer.
6. Donate an Artifact
The museum is always looking for relevant objects, documents, and images to add to its collection. Offers to donate historic items are always welcome.
